These subjects are essentially included in the following categories: (a) companies offering e-mail services; (b) companies offering profiling, data management and AdServing services; (c) companies offering website maintenance services; (d) companies offering administrative and customer care services; (e) companies offering support in carrying out market studies. |

Furthermore, where the processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, data subjects have the right to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another data controller without hindrance. |
Data subjects have the right to revoke the consent given at any time for general marketing and/or profiled marketing and/or communication to third parties for profiled marketing purposes, as well as to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes,including profiling related to direct marketing. |
The persons concerned shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Member State where they habitually reside or work or in the State where the alleged infringement has occurred. |
[1] It is understood that, in the event that you give your consent for the processing for profiling marketing purposes as described above, such processing will also be carried out by us in the event that you have previously denied your consent to the use of profiling cookies in the manner described in our Cookie Policy , constituting a new and subsequent manifestation of will for processing, among other things, more extensive.
2 And in particular when:
- (a) the data subject shall contest the accuracy of the personal data for the period necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of such data;
- b) the processing is unlawful and the person concerned opposes the deletion of personal data and asks instead that its use be limited;
- (c) although the data controller no longer needs them for the purposes of processing, the personal data are necessary for the data subject to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court;
- d) the data subject has objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21, 1 GDPR, pending verification that the legitimate reasons of the data controller take precedence over those of the data subject.
